Notting Hill Genesis is one of the largest housing associations in London and the South-East, owning and managing 66,000 homes. In 2011 they commissioned RGE Services to deliver pre-planned maintenance and repair services on fire safety equipment and emergency lighting.

The scope of works includes fire control panels, smoke detector and other fire alarms, automatic venting units, fire-fighting equipment, sprinkling systems and dry risers. The quality and timeliness of our delivery, plus our transparent reporting, has led to multiple contract renewals in the last 10+ years.

Our Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) works closely with the client team to gain full understanding of specific resident needs and requirements and manages a detailed engagement plan to support programme roll-out.

We have multi-skilled engineers on the contract who can address multiple issues on a single visit. This enables us to complete works on this contract in tandem with other contracts we have with Notting Hill Genesis. This achieves economies of scale and superb value for our customer.
